Creatures don't untap during their controllers' untap steps. At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player may choose any number of tapped nongreen creatures they control and pay {2} for each creature chosen this way. If the player does, untap those creatures.
Whenever equipped creature deals combat damage to a player, look at the top card of their library, then exile it face down. For as long as it remains exiled, you may play it, and mana of any type can be spent to cast that spell. Equip {1}
{1}{U}: Return target white or black creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield. That creature gains "Cumulative upkeep {2}." If the creature would leave the battlefield, exile it instead of putting it anywhere else.
Flying At the beginning of combat on your turn, choose up to one — • Tap target creature. • Target creature doesn't untap during its controller's next untap step.
When you set this scheme in motion, after this main phase, there is an additional combat phase followed by an additional main phase. Creatures you control gain vigilance until end of turn.
